My car wouldn’t start yesterday and was making a really loud fan noise, so I was a bit stuck. Ferris came out the same day, even though he was clearly busy, which I really appreciated as I rely on my car for work and getting around with my child.
What really stood out was how quickly he picked up on an oil leak that another garage had previously told me I didn’t have when I suspected one. It was obvious he really knew what he was talking about.

Huge thanks to Ferris. I called about a blown tire and he told me to come by immediately because it was an emergency, even though his schedule was full. He finished the work in no time and was great to chat with. Really helpful service when I was in a tough spot.

Ferris was amazing. Mark reached him the night before and Ferris pick up the tire on his way to work in the morning.
Unfortunately, the car had 2 differents tire sizes, but we were fortunate that even if the picked up tire was not the size we needed, Ferris had one in his inventory.
Rapidely did the job to get us back in the road quickly to continue our trip visiting The Cotswolds and Wells.
